CEO Purpose

The Council of Executive Officers provides a forum for Senior Executives to exchange information and ideas vital to the survival of the companies that they represent. Some examples include Human Resource issues, disaster survival from a business continuation standpoint, taking advantage of tax law changes, identity theft and surviving the economic downturn. The structure is by means of monthly luncheons some of which are open for the at large business community.

It operates as a corporate brotherhood between members in exchanging information and documentation with one another.. Our organization has plans to build a resource library of employment manuals, disaster manuals and other documents that would prove useful to members in order to avoid duplicate expenses of creation and improve the quality of the documents.

Mentoring of members is done through our lunch meeting discussions wherein members present a current problem or situation and the group gives suggestions and brainstorms towards solutions.

The CEO Group is comprised of  senior level executives in the manufacturing and service industries. Currently the list includes a health facility, a large international manufacturer, a community banking system, accountants, attorneys, developers among others.

It operates as a “brain trust” to the City of Coral Springs, a “Kitchen Cabinet” so to speak.

The CEO Group also supports many worthwhile causes in the community such as the Festival of the Arts, Taste of Coral Springs, Leadership Broward, and a major commitment to the youth in the area by supporting the ethics programs at the High Schools, providing internships for the Charter School students, and helping to complete the auditorium at the Charter School.
